One of these papers is titled \u201cResearch and Analysis of Fundamental Definitions of Optical Systems in Disaster Prevention and in the Control of Forecast-Oriented Microprocesses\u201d and was published in Russian in 1999 in the Russian journal \u201cMicroelectronics.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is the first part of the article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u201cResearch and Analysis of Fundamental Definitions of Optical Systems in Disaster Management and in the Control of Forecast-Oriented Microprocesses\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Created in Russian by Grigori Grabovoi in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below you will find a very brief introduction to this work, as well as additional scholarly information compiled by Grigori Grabovoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Urgency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The urgency of this work stems from the fact that, for disaster management and the prediction of catastrophic phenomena, a physical-mathematical theory and a device have been developed that make it possible to determine the information component regarding future events. Since many catastrophic phenomena of natural and human origin occur without a statistical or deterministic basis, this work is of particular urgency due to the discoveries aimed at obtaining accurate information about the future, which include methods for disaster prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This thesis applies the principles of theoretical and instrumental technologies, which are based on the premise that all elements of reality are interconnected. The author of this thesis has defined a structural-analytical method for designing control systems, in which each element serves to ensure the harmonious development of all elements of reality. The paper describes a method for absorbing a substance. The method is based on the isolation of matter through the application of a control mechanism in the realm of future events. This technology makes it possible to organize individual control impulses from the present within the crystals in such a way that the desired substance is obtained at a fixed point in future space and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Subject of the Study<\/strong>: Earthquakes, industrial facilities, any situation with known or unknown parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>scientific innovation<\/strong> This research includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the method of isolating information about future events (implemented for the first time in theory and practice); ;<\/li><li>the method of controlling any information object, which takes place at the current coordinate of the receipt of information about the object's properties (implemented for the first time);<\/li><li>the principle of precisely controlling real-world objects whose properties are unknown or cannot be determined in a timely manner (also implemented).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong> theoretical significance <\/strong>The work includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Basic definitions of optical systems;<\/li><li>Generalizations and Consequences of Definitions;<\/li><li>the development of structural analysis technologies for disaster prevention and prediction, particularly for disasters that threaten the entire world.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>practical significance<\/strong> Research includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Development of a device for the prevention and prediction of earthquakes and disasters at industrial facilities, and the establishment of a new trend in the control of microprocesses; the device is based on methods of computer modeling of the digitized form of an object,<\/li><li>Passing the result to any information object,<\/li><li>the development of methodological principles for designing artificial systems that are in harmony with any environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/cordula.coach\/en\/grigori-grabovoi\/\" style=\"border-radius:50px;background-color:#d4af37;color:#fffffa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">More about Dr. Grigori Grabovoi<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:19px\">INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOURNAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px\">The journal \u201cMicroelectronics\u201d was founded in 1965. The publication was relaunched in 2014 under the title \u201cElectronic Engineering. Series 3: Microelectronics.\u201d It focuses on the technological, physical, and circuit-related aspects of micro- and nanoelectronics. Particular attention is given to new trends in lithography (optical, X-ray, electron beam, and ion), etching, doping, deposition, and planarization for submicron and nanometer scales. There is a strong emphasis on plasma technologies, molecular beam epitaxy, and dry etching, as well as methods for investigating and controlling surfaces and multilayer structures. It includes discussions on the real-time modeling and diagnosis of technological processes, as well as contributions on semiconductor devices based on new physical phenomena such as quantum size effects and superconductivity. This research focuses on heterostructures, nanotransistors, and solid-state devices, as well as quantum bits (qubits). It addresses problems in the analysis and synthesis of electronic circuits in bipolar and field-effect transistors, particularly CMOS and BiCMOS circuits.
