Scope and Contracting Parties<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts in which\n Cordula Ahrens acts as the provider and contracting party. They apply\n in particular to contracts concluded via\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/cordula.coach\/en\/\">cordula.coach<\/a>,\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/akademie.cordula.coach\/\">\n          akademie.cordula.coach\n        <\/a>,\nby email, through a booking form, in person, or\nthrough an ordering or payment platform provided by Cordula Ahrens\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        These terms and conditions apply to both consumers and\nbusinesses, unless specific provisions are expressly intended only for\none of these groups.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction\nprimarily for purposes that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or\ntheir self-employed professional activity.\n        A business operator is a natural or legal person, or a\npartnership with legal capacity, that, at the time the contract is concluded,\nacts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If, during the respective ordering or payment process, another company\nis expressly identified as the seller or contracting party, the\ncontract is concluded with that company. In this case, the\ncontract terms included therein take precedence for the sales transaction.\n        The respective contracting party will be identified\nbefore the order is finalized.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Individual agreements and expressly agreed-upon\nservice descriptions take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The language of the contract is German. Translations are provided for\n informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The version of these General\nTerms and Conditions that was effectively incorporated at the time the contract was concluded shall apply to that contract.\nA later version does not amend an existing contract\nwithout a corresponding agreement or a mandatory legal\nbasis.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-2\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>2. Offers and Conclusion of Contracts<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The subject matter of a contract may include, in particular:\n      <\/p>\n\n      <ul>\n        <li>printed books, ring-bound books, and other physical goods;<\/li>\n        <li>digital books, audio files, videos, downloads, and documents;<\/li>\n        <li>Online courses and digital learning or informational resources;<\/li>\n        <li>Individual coaching, group coaching, and strategic brainstorming;<\/li>\n        <li>Management consulting and related consulting services;<\/li>\n        <li>programs lasting several weeks or several months;<\/li>\n        <li>Memberships and ongoing access options;<\/li>\n        <li>Online events, seminars, and in-person events.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <p>\n        The presentation of a product or service on a website\ndoes not, in principle, constitute a legally binding offer, but rather\nan invitation to place an order, unless otherwise\nspecified in individual cases.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        By submitting an order requiring payment, the customer\nmakes a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract\nis concluded when the order is expressly accepted, the\nservice is provided, access is granted, the goods are shipped,\nor payment is requested or received\u2014\nwhichever occurs first.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        For individual coaching or consulting services, the contract\nis formed upon written or electronic acceptance of the offer, the\nappointment confirmation, or any other unambiguous agreement regarding\nthe services and compensation.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Before submitting an online order, the customer can review their information\nand make changes using the provided input and editing options\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The order details, the terms and conditions in effect at the time the contract is concluded, and\nthe required consumer information are provided during\nthe ordering process. The customer receives the essential\ncontract information along with the order or contract confirmation on\na durable medium, specifically via email.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and valid\nemail address and for ensuring receipt of contract and\naccess notifications.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-3\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>3. Prices, Payment, and Invoices<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The prices stated at the time of order or in the individual quote\nshall apply. For consumers, prices\nare shown inclusive of applicable sales tax, to the extent that\nsales tax is applicable.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Shipping costs, payment fees, or other additional charges will be\ndisplayed separately before the order is completed.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The available payment methods are specified in the respective\n ordering process or offer. Payment processing may be handled by external\n payment service providers. The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider may\n also apply to their payment services.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Unless a different payment date is specified, the\nagreed-upon price is due upon conclusion of the contract or upon receipt of the\ninvoice.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If payment in installments is offered, the total price, the amount of each\ninstallment, and the due dates will be specified before the contract is concluded. The obligation to pay the\nagreed-upon total amount remains in effect unless there is a valid\ntermination, revocation, or other statutory\nright to terminate the contract.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Invoices may be submitted electronically, specifically as PDF files via email,\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions apply. Costs for\nreminders, legal action, or debt collection will be charged only to the extent that they\nwere actually incurred and are recoverable under the law.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Statutory rights of set-off and retention remain\n unaffected. With respect to business customers, set-off against\n counterclaims is permitted if such counterclaims are undisputed, have been\n legally established, or are ready for adjudication.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Discounts, promotional prices, and coupons are valid only for the\nspecified period and under the stated conditions.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-4\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>4. Merchandise, Books, and Shipping<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The delivery area, delivery time, shipping method, and shipping costs are specified in\n the respective product description and during the ordering process.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Unless a different delivery time is specified for a product,\nshipment will be made after receipt of payment within a reasonable\nprocessing time.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If multiple products are ordered, they may be delivered in separate shipments\nif this is reasonable for the customer. Such\npartial deliveries do not result in any additional\nshipping costs for the customer.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The risk of accidental loss and accidental\ndeterioration passes to consumers in accordance with the statutory\nprovisions.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods remain the property of\n Cordula Ahrens.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If an ordered item cannot be delivered on a permanent basis, the\ncustomer will be notified immediately. Any payments already received for the\nitem that cannot be delivered will be refunded.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-5\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>5. Digital Content and Access<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        Digital content can be provided via download, email, the members' area,\nthe Academy, the app, or any other platform specified\nin the product description.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The delivery date depends on the\n product description, the selected payment method, and receipt of payment.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The duration of online access is specified in the product description,\nthe offer, or the contract confirmation. For permanently downloadable\nfiles, the granted rights of use remain in effect even after the expiration of\ntime-limited platform access.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The customer needs a suitable Internet connection, a suitable\ndevice, and any necessary software. Specific\ntechnical requirements will be communicated prior to the conclusion of the contract,\nto the extent that they are essential for use.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Legal rights in the event of failure to provide, defects,\nupdates, or changes to digital products remain\nfully in effect.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Digital content may only be used within the scope of the expressly granted\nrights of use. Commercial use,\n distribution, reproduction, publication, or use for\n one\u2019s own training and consulting services is permitted only if this is\n expressly authorized in\n the product description or a separate license.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-6\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>6. Coaching and Management Consulting<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The content, scope, duration, compensation, dates, and format of a\ncoaching or consulting service are set forth in the respective\nservice description, proposal, or individual\nagreement.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Coaching and consulting can take place in person, by phone, online, or through\na combination of these methods.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The services require active and independent participation\non the part of the client. Decisions, business measures, and the\nimplementation of discussed courses of action are the\nresponsibility of the client.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        There is no guarantee of any specific personal, financial, health-related, or\nbusiness outcome.\nStatements regarding other customers\u2019 experiences do not constitute a guarantee of\ncomparable results.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"cordula-terms__notice\">\n        <strong>Distinction from Specialized and Medical Treatments<\/strong>\n\n        <p>\n          Coaching, seminars, mindfulness-based methods, and\nconcentration exercises are educational and counseling services. They\nare not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy,\ntherapeutic treatment, legal advice, tax advice, or\nfinancial investment advice.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>\n        The client is required to disclose any health or psychological limitations\nthat are relevant to the collaboration, to the extent that\nthey affect the safe conduct of the session. If there is a recognizable\nneed for treatment, an appropriate professional evaluation\nmay be recommended, or the collaboration may be refused or terminated\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Scheduled appointments are binding. Specific terms and conditions for rescheduling or\ncancellation are set forth in the quote or the\nappointment confirmation. In the absence of a specific agreement, the\nstatutory provisions apply; any expenses saved and any alternative\nuse of the appointment time will be taken into account.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-7\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>7. Programs and Memberships<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The scope, duration, dates, content, and eligibility requirements for a\nprogram or membership are set forth in the respective\nprogram description and contract confirmation.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        For programs with a fixed term, the contract generally ends upon\nthe expiration of the agreed-upon term, without the need for a separate notice of termination\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        For ongoing memberships, the minimum term,\nrenewal policy, notice period, and price are specified\nbefore the contract is concluded.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        To the extent that consumers are able to enter into a\ncontinuing contractual relationship for a fee via a website,\nthe respective contract platform provides an\nelectronic cancellation function as required by law.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The right to terminate the contract for cause remains\n unaffected.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If a participant does not make use of individual sessions, live calls, materials, or other\nprogram components, this does not\nin itself negate the right to compensation. Statutory rights of rescission,\ntermination, reduction of payment, and remedies for defects remain unaffected.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-8\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>8. Events and Seminars<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        Location, date, duration, content, eligibility requirements, and compensation\nare specified in the respective event description.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Cordula Ahrens may cancel or reschedule an event for important organizational\nreasons, due to illness, because an explicitly\nstated minimum number of participants has not been reached, or due to a\nforce majeure event.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If an event is canceled entirely, any\nparticipation fees already paid will be refunded. In the event of a significant\npostponement, participants may choose whether to attend on the rescheduled date\nor request a refund of the participation fee.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Travel, lodging, and other incidental expenses will be reimbursed only\nto the extent that there is a legal obligation to do so. Participants\nare advised to book travel and lodging arrangements that can be\ncanceled.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If a participant does not attend for reasons attributable to his or her\narea of responsibility, the right to compensation remains in effect,\nunless otherwise agreed or a statutory\nright of withdrawal, rescission, or termination applies. Any expenses\nsaved will be offset against the total amount.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If, due to a statutory exception, there is\nno right of rescission for an event, the consumer will be\nexpressly informed of this before\nthe contract is concluded.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Participants must comply with the venue\u2019s house rules, safety regulations, and code of conduct.\nParticipation may be denied if a participant is under the significant\ninfluence of alcohol or drugs, or if their presence poses a danger to others.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-9\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        In general, consumers have a\nstatutory right of withdrawal for distance sales contracts, unless a statutory exception\napplies or the right of withdrawal has expired prematurely under the statutory\nconditions.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        You can find the complete information regarding the terms, deadlines, procedures,\nconsequences, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as well as the\nsample withdrawal form, here:\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <a\n          class=\"cordula-terms__button\"\n          href=\"https:\/\/cordula.coach\/en\/right-of-withdrawal-policy\/\"\n        >\n          Open the Cancellation Policy\n        <\/a>\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        In addition, an electronic cancellation feature is available:\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <a\n          class=\"cordula-terms__button cordula-terms__button--orange\"\n          href=\"https:\/\/cordula.coach\/en\/cancel-the-contract\/\"\n        >\n          Cancel the contract\n        <\/a>\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        This feature allows the consumer to identify the contract or individual\ncontract provisions and to confirm the cancellation electronically.\nOnce submitted, a\nconfirmation of receipt containing the text of the cancellation notice, as well as the date\nand time of its receipt, will be sent immediately via email.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The right of withdrawal may also be exercised by any other unambiguous\nstatement, in particular by email to\n        <a href=\"mailto:support@cordula.coach\">\n          support@cordula.coach\n        <\/a>\n        or by mail to Cordula Ahrens, Essenheimer Stra\u00dfe 107,\n55128 Mainz.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The validity of a cancellation notice submitted within the prescribed time limit does not depend on\nsubsequent acceptance by Cordula Ahrens. However, it is possible\nto determine whether a statutory\nright of cancellation applies to the specific contract or whether it has effectively expired.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Entrepreneurs as defined in \u00a7 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are not entitled to a statutory\nconsumer right of rescission.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-10\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>10. Term and Termination<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        A one-time contract ends upon full performance of the\nagreed-upon services and full payment.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The term of limited-time programs, memberships, and\nrecurring services is specified in the respective\noffer description and contract confirmation.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        A right to terminate the contract for cause exists only to the extent that it has been agreed upon\n or is provided for by law. Statutory\n special rights of termination and the right to terminate the contract for cause\n remain unaffected.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        If Cordula Ahrens terminates a contract for good cause attributable to the client,\nservices rendered in accordance with the contract up to the date of termination\nwill be billed. Services that have not been rendered but have already been paid for\nwill be refunded, provided there is no further legal\nclaim.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Termination must be distinguished from rescission. Rescission\nrefers to the cancellation of the contract within the statutory\nrescission period; termination ends a current contractual relationship\nwith effect for the future.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-11\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>11. Rights of Use and Copyright<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        All texts, videos, audio files, graphics,\npresentations, worksheets, translations, course materials,\ncourse descriptions, and other materials provided are\nprotected by copyright or other intellectual property rights, unless\notherwise expressly stated.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for\n their own personal use and\u2014to the extent specified in the\n product description\u2014for their own internal\n business use.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        In particular, the following is not permitted without prior express consent:\n      <\/p>\n\n      <ul>\n        <li>disclosing login credentials or files to third parties;<\/li>\n        <li>the publication or distribution of the materials;<\/li>\n        <li>reproduction for third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge;<\/li>\n        <li>use in one's own courses, seminars, or consultations;<\/li>\n        <li>recording live calls, coaching sessions, or events;<\/li>\n        <li>\n          editing or translation for subsequent publication.\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <p>\n        Different license and usage rights may be granted in the respective\nproduct description or in a separate license agreement\n.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Mandatory statutory rights of use remain unaffected.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-12\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>12. Participation and Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        The customer shall provide the information necessary for the performance of the contract\nin full and accurately and shall notify the other party of any material\nchanges.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Login credentials must be treated as confidential and protected against access\nby unauthorized third parties. Any suspected misuse must be\nreported immediately.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        The customer is responsible for providing suitable technical equipment,\nan Internet connection, and the installation of any necessary software,\nunless otherwise agreed.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Cordula Ahrens treats confidential information obtained during coaching and\nconsulting sessions as confidential, unless there is a legal obligation to disclose such information\nor the client expressly consents to its disclosure.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Participants in group programs agree to treat the personal and\nbusiness information of other participants as confidential.\nSince other participants act independently from a legal standpoint,\nCordula Ahrens cannot\ncompletely rule out a breach of this obligation by third parties.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Public mention as a reference or publication of\ncustomer testimonials, names, photos, or company information will only occur with\nthe appropriate consent.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-13\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>13. Changes to Services and Availability<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        Changes to the content or organization are permitted provided that they\ndo not materially alter the overall nature and the agreed-upon benefits of the service\nand are reasonable for the customer.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        For digital products provided on an ongoing basis,\nchanges and updates are made only in accordance with legal\nrequirements. Scheduled extended interruptions will be\nannounced in advance whenever possible.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        In the event of a restriction that is not merely insignificant, the\ncustomer's legal rights remain unaffected.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"agb-14\" class=\"cordula-terms__section\">\n      <h2>14.
