\n Right of Withdrawal\n <\/h2>\n\n

\n You have the right to cancel a distance contract entered into with us within fourteen days\nwithout providing a reason.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers as defined in\nSection 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Business owners who enter into the contract primarily in the course of their\ncommercial or self-employed professional activities\nare generally not entitled to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Goods and Books<\/h3>\n\n

\n In the case of a sales contract for goods, the cancellation period begins on\nthe day on which you, or a third party designated by you who\nis not the carrier, received the goods.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n If you have ordered multiple items as part of a single order\nand they are delivered separately, the period begins\nupon receipt of the last item.\n <\/p>\n <\/article>\n\n

\n You can submit your cancellation, for example, by sending a letter\nby mail or via email. You may use the sample cancellation form\nprovided below; however, you are not required\nto use it.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice\nof your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires\n.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n \n

\n You can also exercise your right of withdrawal using our electronic\nwithdrawal function. There, enter your order number\nor another contract identifier, along with your contact information,\nand then confirm your withdrawal.\n <\/p>\n\n

Consequences of the Revocation<\/h2>\n\n

\n If you cancel the contract, we must refund all payments that\nwe have received from you, including shipping costs.\nThis does not include any additional costs incurred\nbecause you chose a different shipping method than the\nleast expensive standard shipping option we offer.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The refund will be issued immediately and no later than fourteen\ndays from the date we receive\nyour notice of cancellation.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for\n the original transaction, unless\n we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances\n will you be charged any fees for the refund.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n

Returning Goods<\/h2>\n\n

\n We may withhold the refund until we have\nreceived the goods back or until you have provided proof that\nyou have returned the goods\u2014whichever comes\nfirst.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the end of the\nfourteen-day period.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods\nif such loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods\nthat goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature,\ncharacteristics, and functionality.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n

Special Notes on Services and Coaching<\/h2>\n\n

\n If you have expressly requested that we begin providing a service\nduring the cancellation period, and you subsequently cancel the\ncontract, you may be required to pay a reasonable pro-rata amount\nfor the services already provided up to the time of cancellation.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n In the case of a paid service, the right of withdrawal\ndoes not expire merely because the service has begun. It\ngenerally expires only upon complete performance of the\nservice, provided that you have expressly agreed prior to commencement\nthat we may begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and at the same time\nhave confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete\nfulfillment of the contract.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n

Special Notes on Digital Content<\/h2>\n\n

\n For paid digital content that is not provided on a\nphysical medium, the\nright of withdrawal may expire prematurely upon the commencement of contract performance.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n In particular, this requires that you have expressly consented\nto our beginning to provide the service\nbefore the end of the withdrawal period, that you have confirmed your awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal,\nand that a corresponding contract confirmation\n on a durable medium.\n <\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n
