My name is Cordula Ahrens—and my work begins when people realize: Things can’t go on the way they have been. I guide people in developing inner clarity, conscious self-leadership, and order in their thoughts, feelings, and actions. My work combines many years of experience in coaching and management consulting with consciousness-oriented methods and the teachings of Grigori Grabovoi—as a program for personal development.

My mission is to help people realize their full potential, recognize inner patterns, reflect on mental resistance, and develop new ways of acting. Because true change begins within—and that’s exactly where I start.

As a Meenzer Mädche, I am a real cheerful person. At the same time, I'm also used to getting stuck in and always finding a solution.

I combine analytical thinking, many years of consulting experience, and mindfulness-based methods. This creates a space where you can recognize your own patterns, reflect on inner blockages, and develop new ways of acting.

Law was not my world - but I was enthusiastic about language, business and technology from an early age. During my cultural economics studies in Passau, I specialized in Italian, economics and computer science and thus laid the foundation for my varied career.

My professional journey took me as a Assistant to various management boards and later as Management consultant in many industries and companies. I have not only expanded my wealth of knowledge enormously, but also sharpened my skills, quickly grasp correlations and develop solutions.

But my true passion lies in Teaching and passing on knowledge - I knew that early on. I tutored at school and later shared my knowledge with colleagues, employees and customers. What I had learned over the years, others were able to internalize in a very short time thanks to my guidance. My greatest strength? Recognizing how my counterpart learns and develops the fastest.
