Your inner handicap

Whereby you hinder yourself yourself? Do you already consciously recognize where you Sabotage yourself?
If you have recognized it, how can you change it? I would like to explain to you individual steps on how you can Free yourself from it You can stick to these steps and thus grow personally! 
How does that sound?
So, let's get started so that you can resolve and let go of your recognized self-sabotage.

  1. Thank you!

Thank your self-sabotage. Because it has always protected you, even if it is now preventing you from growing!
An example: "Dear self-sabotage, thank you for always taking such good care of me! Now I am able and willing to take care of myself!"

The advantage here is that you get out of your evaluation. Because your self-assessment is much, much bigger self-sabotage 😊

  1. Letting go

Personally, I can't hear it anymore when someone says: let it go! - and HOW??? - it screams in my head every time.

Do you feel the same way?

Here is my suggestion:

When you have thanked your self-sabotage, you can say goodbye to her lovingly. Just say goodbye to her! And wish her lots of fun in her new freedom. After all, she no longer has to sabotage you πŸ€— and can try something new.
An example sentence after gratitude can also be: "The time has come for you to go and accompany someone else on their journey!" (or go your own)

Sounds strange too - I know, but: If I imagine self-sabotage as an inner personality, then it is easier for me to get the answers. I also connect to structures in the collective consciousness, such as tarot, psychotherapy, family constellations and much more. This allows me to use these structures to feel freer and liberated.

  1. What if?

This question tickles your fears. It tickles a very specific fear, namely your fear of expectation!

Therefore, you can always ask yourself the following questions:

  • What would I have to release?
  • What use is it to me?

Leave all your experiences in the corner! Become aware of them by taking them out of the realm of your repression and honestly asking yourself what use they have!

You see, there are only 3 small steps to your personal growth and your freedom to go.... 
One more note for a better understanding! Underneath resistance usually lies trauma: small wounds that you have inflicted or acquired in the course of your life.
