Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is fourteen days.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract :

You can submit your cancellation, for example, by sending a letter by mail or via email. You may use the sample cancellation form provided below; however, you are not required to use it.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel the contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs. This does not include any additional costs incurred because you chose a different shipping method than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer.

The refund will be issued immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.

Returning Goods

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Special Notes on Services and Coaching

If you have expressly requested that we begin providing a service during the cancellation period, and you subsequently cancel the contract, you may be required to pay a reasonable pro-rata amount for the services already provided up to the time of cancellation.

In the case of a paid service, the right of withdrawal does not expire merely because the service has begun. It generally expires only upon complete performance of the service, provided that you have expressly agreed prior to commencement that we may begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and at the same time have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract.

Special Notes on Digital Content

For paid digital content that is not provided on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely upon the commencement of contract performance.

In particular, this requires that you have expressly consented to our beginning to provide the service before the end of the withdrawal period, that you have confirmed your awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal, and that a corresponding contract confirmation on a durable medium.
