Grabovoi Number Sequences & Health: What the original works describe
In his work „Restoration of Human Matter Through Concentrations of Numbers,“ Grigori Grabovoi assigns number sequences to anatomical structures, tissues, organs, and organ systems. Here you will learn how the work is structured, what methods it describes, and how these statements should be objectively classified.
← Back to the Knowledge OverviewDoes Grabovoi have number sequences for the human body?
Yes. In his 2002 work, Grigori Grabovoi assigns specific number sequences to numerous anatomical structures— from cells and tissues to organs and organ systems, and ultimately to the organism as a whole. Within his teachings, these sequences are used for what are known as “number concentrations.” These assignments document his method; they do not constitute medical proof of efficacy.
Original Work
„Restoration of Human Matter Through Concentrations of Numbers“
The Russian Plant „The Restoration of Human Matter Through Numerical Concentrations“ was created by Grigori Grabovoi in 2002 and later expanded.
It combines anatomical illustrations with sets of numbers representing different levels of the human body. The structure ranges from individual cells and tissues to organs and entire organ systems.
The term „restoration“ is part of the title and terminology of the original work. When I use this term, I am describing Grabovo’s own teachings. I am not claiming that a medical effect has been scientifically proven.
From the Part to the Whole
The work examines the body on several levels
The systematic organization is particularly striking. Sequences of numbers are assigned not only to individual organs, but also to different levels of physical structure.
Cells & Tissues
Among other things, the book begins with cells, tissues, and individual cell types.
Organs
Anatomical organs are listed using their own numbering systems and, in some cases, illustrated.
Organ systems
In addition to individual organs, higher-level systems such as the nervous system or the cardiovascular system are also shown.
Functional Relationships
Individual areas are not only considered in isolation, but also in relation to adjacent structures.
Organism
The work explicitly contains the term „organism as a unified whole.“.
Body & Events
Within his teachings, Grabovoi further links physical structures to perception and external events.
Introduction to the Work
Nine Different Concentration Techniques
The introduction makes it clear that the number sequences are not intended to be used in just one way. Grabovoi describes a total of nine approaches.
These include, among other things: reading the numbers, saying them silently in one’s head, looking at a picture or the name of the relevant body part at the same time, imagining oneself standing between large numbers, or looking down at a sequence of numbers from above.
Other methods involve the spatial location of a body structure, other associated number sequences, and the ones already explained on page 6 Spacing between groups of numbers one.
In this source, open spaces are compared to the spaces between words in a sentence.

In simple terms
Three Levels of the Work Described
The nine methods can be roughly categorized into three approaches for the sake of understanding. This three-part division is my didactic summary— not the original structure of the work.
Perceiving Numbers
Read, speak to yourself, or clearly visualize the numbers.
Include body structure
Match the numbers with the image, the name, or the location of the respective structure.
Looking at the Big Picture
According to Grabovo's method, adjacent structures, other series, and the organism as a whole can also be included in the concentration.
Examples from the work
How specific are the classifications?
Very specific. The work assigns separate sections to both larger anatomical regions and individual structures. The following examples are intended solely to illustrate the structure of the work.
Cells & Tissues
This sequence of numbers appears in the book under the main section „Cells and Tissues.“ In addition, individual cell types are listed separately.
Heart
The heart is assigned its own numbering system. The book then goes on to distinguish between individual anatomical components and vascular structures.
Thyroid Gland
The thyroid gland is also listed as an anatomical structure with its own number series. In addition, there are higher-level series for endocrine glands and their regulation.
They demonstrate just how thoroughly the original work links anatomical terms and numerical sequences. If you are experiencing symptoms, a medical evaluation cannot be replaced by focusing on numbers.
A key concept
What does Grabovoi mean by „norm“?
The term „norm“ also appears frequently in his teachings regarding body-based methods. Grabovoi describes an alignment with a state of matter that he understands as normal or fully functional.
That's a Internal definition. It is not automatically the same as a medical reference value, a medical diagnosis, or a scientifically defined standard.
„According to Grabovoi’s Approach to the Norm“ is a description of his method. „Medically healthy,“ on the other hand, is a medical statement and requires appropriate professional diagnosis.
An interesting structural principle
Don't just look at the individual organ
The book describes in various places that when focusing, one should not consider only the selected structure.
Grabovoi, for example, links a tissue or organ level to adjacent areas or to higher-level systems. Regarding the endocrine system, he explains, for instance, that one can work with both the numerical sequence of the endocrine glands and the numbers of the organs in their respective locations.
Local Level
A specific structure— such as tissue, an organ, or a part of the body— is examined.
Systemic Level
In addition, within the method described, the relationship with adjacent structures or a higher-level organ system can be taken into account.
Medical Classification
What an original source confirms—and what it does not
The work demonstrates that Grigori Grabovoi assigned certain number sequences to specific anatomical structures and described concentration methods for this purpose.
The work itself also claims benefits related to „restoration,“ maintaining health, prevention, and rejuvenation. These claims are On the author's teachings.
However, one such original source is no independent scientific evidence, that a sequence of numbers treats diseases, regenerates organs, or produces medical results.
In cases of health complaints, unclear symptoms, diagnoses, or medical decisions, medical diagnosis and evidence-based treatment should be handled by the appropriate professionals.
Mindfulness and concentration exercises can—if you choose to practice them— only be used as a supplement and do not replace necessary medical care.
My Approach to This Topic
Keep the source, concentration, and medical reality separate
Especially when it comes to health issues, I want to clearly distinguish between three levels.
What does the book actually say?
What anatomical term, number sequence, and method does Grabovoi actually mention?
How do I want to work with this?
A concentration technique can be used voluntarily as a form of personal mindfulness practice.
What medical issues need to be addressed?
Symptoms, diagnoses, medications, and treatments should be handled by medical professionals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Grabovoi Number Sequences and Health
Does Grabovoi have number sequences for organs and body structures?
Yes. In the 2002 publication, numerous anatomical structures are listed with their own numbering systems. These include cells, tissues, organs, organ systems, and the organism as a whole.
According to the book, how are these sequences of numbers used?
The introduction describes several methods. These include reading, thinking aloud, connecting with images, and spatial visualizations. Gaps within number sequences are also addressed in a separate method.
What does „restoration of matter“ mean?
This is a key phrase from Grigori Grabovoi’s original work and teachings. On this page, it is reproduced as the author’s terminology. It should not be equated with a medically proven regenerative effect.
Can I use a sequence of numbers to treat an illness instead of a treatment?
No. In cases of illness, ailments, or unusual symptoms, a professional medical evaluation is important. Test results do not replace a diagnosis, medication, therapy, or other necessary medical treatment.
Is there scientific evidence that number sequences can regenerate organs?
The primary source cited here demonstrates that Grigori Grabovoi described this method and put forward corresponding hypotheses regarding its effects. This is not the same as independent scientific proof of medical efficacy.
Why are you publishing the data series anyway?
This knowledge library documents the teachings, their original sources, and the methods described therein. For this very reason, the source, the teaching, and the medical evidence are clearly distinguished from one another.
Are there figures available only for individual organs?
No. The work also includes numerical sequences for higher-level systems such as cells and tissues, the nervous system, organ systems, and the organism as a whole.
What role do open spaces play?
In a method described in the 2002 publication, the spaces between groups of numbers are compared to the spaces between words in a sentence. This ties in with the detailed explanation on the knowledge page „Reading Number Sequences: Digits, Gaps, & Notation.“.
