The directory shows only entries whose source has already been verified and assigned to a specific work or seminar. It is intentionally a growing index and is not yet a complete collection of all Grabovoi number sequences.

The A–Z directory is continuously being expanded with additional terms that have been verified against their sources.
Source Principle
A sequence of numbers frequently repeated on the Internet is not, in my view, a sufficient source. For this directory, we verify the following whenever possible: What is the term used in the original? Which sequence of numbers is included there? From which work or seminar does it come? And is there a specific method of application associated with it?
Even variations in spelling and spacing within the sequence of numbers are not silently changed whenever possible.
The goal is to gradually transform a mere collection of numbers into a comprehensible Index of Sources and Terms arise.
Important Context
For example, if a series of numbers appears here next to „Heart,“ „Motivation,“ or „Liquidity,“ this initially means: This sequence of numbers is associated with this term in the cited source.
It does not automatically mean that the claimed effect of a concentration of numbers has been scientifically proven.
Body-related numerical sequences are listed here to document the original teachings. They are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
More Than Just a List of Numbers
A good example is the business sector. „Cash flow,“ „liquidity,“ „business,“ „management,“ or „marketing“ are not synonyms. The original work defines them differently and assigns different sets of figures to them.
The same applies in psychology: Authority is not the same as authoritarianism, motivation is not the same as achievement motivation, and a general conflict is not the same as a specific form of conflict.
That is why each A–Z entry links to a more detailed information page, where the context can be better understood.
Understand More
The Knowledge Library explains where number sequences come from, how they are interpreted and applied, and which method is actually described in the respective original source.
